This CI should ensure that deps is reliable and can be treated same as base OS.
And after chatting w/ KB on #centos-devel we have a solution for
archiving complete set of deps including CentOS base for CI passes:
repos on mirror.centos.org keep all the old builds, not just latest,
so job would need to save only repodata for all repos on mirror.c.o to
get exact set of packages which passed CI.
