Actually I seemed to have got past this. I did a fresh install. Previously I installed
networking_odl from pip, and then from rpms. This must have caused some sort of
issue/conflict.
I eventually got round it by merging the contents of entry_points.txt for neutron and
networking_odl. However I also tried a fresh install. This time I just installed
networking_odl directly from the rpms in the RDO repo, and Openstack successfully loads
the driver.
I'm just trying to figure out how to setup external network access now with ODL, but
that's different problem.

I'm attempting to integrate ODL with Newton.
I'm hitting an issue when I start the neutron-server, it reports that it can't
load the opendaylight driver.
ERROR stevedore.extension [-] Could not load 'opendaylight': No module named
opendaylight.driver
I've installed the networking_odl package that contains the driver, is anyone aware of
other changes that might be needed?
