We're about to merge this workaround
https://review.openstack.org/#/c/418096/ but be advised that doing so
will make us lose coverage for the introspection step, for the duration
of the workaround.
Upstream tripleoci will still cover introspection but I wonder what is
the difference and how will oooq implement feature parity to upstream
tripleoci?
