The downtime took longer than anticipated and we slightly went over
the 30 minutes of downtime window.
Everything is back online and we are monitoring things are commits are
processed again.

A maintenance is required on the server where the Delorean instances
and repositories are hosted in order to resolve ongoing performance
issues.
Delorean will stop processing new commits around 21:00 UTC and the
repositories will become unavailable around 21:30 UTC.
The maintenance shouldn't last more than 30 minutes before the
repositories are back up and Delorean resumes processing commits.
We'll send an e-mail once the maintenance is complete.
