Thank you so much for your help, I am trying now to deploy the overcloud, I am not sure if can be in the same mailing thread or I need to create another. I have followed the command in the link "https://repos.fedorapeople.org/repos/openstack-m/rdo-manager-docs/liberty/basic_deployment/basic_deployment_cli.html" and in the first trial it failed because if failed to resolve "cloud.centos.org" so I configured the DNS1 in ifcfg-external.3 and rerun it again, now I can see the resolution is correct but it is timing out, what do you think?
