After running "instack-deploy-overcloud --tuskar", I got: [...] + OVERCLOUD_YAML_PATH=tuskar_templates/plan.yaml + ENVIROMENT_YAML_PATH=tuskar_templates/environment.yaml + heat stack-create -t 240 -f tuskar_templates/plan.yaml -e tuskar_templates/environment.yaml overcloud ERROR: Timed out waiting for a reply to message ID 408a3091486a4924b8812f6aabcb7471 heat-api.log tells me: DEBUG root [-] Calling <heat.api.openstack.v1.stacks.StackController object at 0x447ced0> : create __call__ /usr/lib/python2.7/site-packages/heat/common/wsgi.py:655 INFO heat.openstack.common.policy [-] Can not find policy directory: policy.d DEBUG oslo_messaging._drivers.amqpdriver [-] MSG_ID is 408a3091486a4924b8812f6aabcb7471 _send /usr/lib/python2.7/site-packages/oslo_messaging/_drivers/amqpdriver.py:311 ERROR root [-] Unexpected error occurred serving API: Timed out waiting for a reply to message ID 408a3091486a4924b8812f6aabcb7471 ...which makes me wonder if maybe rabbitmq is still causing problems.
