[rdo-list] Review requests for new rdo projects

Hello RDO community, About one month ago, I created three new RDO projects and added initial spec files trying to package an OpenStack project(Karbor). Perhaps it was a bit too late to get them into Pike serial, they got little attention from our community. Now I would like to announce here and hope catching our community's attention, so somebody could take a look at the initial spec files and review them. It would be great to get feedbacks from our community!
