[Rdo-list] ESXi and RDO?

This is from a while back - http://openstack.redhat.com/forum/discussion/348#Item_1 - but I wondered if someone has any advice, or pointers to a howto, for using VMWare ESXi hypervisors as compute nodes in OpenStack. I suspect that the O.P. has moved on to other things, but I saw some similar questions on ask.openstack.org and it would be great to have something written up on how to do this.
