basically you should work with upstream if you wants the latest version,
the redhat-tempest is 'icehouse' only, so might be outdated if you would like to
try it for Juno.

I managed to install RDO Juno (on CentOS 7), worked quite smoothly.
Which Tempest should I use? I've used
https://github.com/redhat-openstack/tempest with IceHouse.
