 I'm going to look at IPv6 stateful deployment more closely the next
 week. It seems IPv6 deployment is not quite clear.
 
 AFAIK radvd should not send a prefix in stateful mode, it should only
 advertise itself and set M and O flags to 1.

In both stateless auto configuration and DHCPv6 cases, receipt of Router Advertisement
should cause VM to install default route pointing to the link-local address of the port by
which the Neutron router uses to send out Router Advertisement.
