[Rdo-list] python-openidc for keystone openidc

Hello, I wanted to have a try to the keystone's OpenID support. It uses the mod_auth_openidc[1] module : http://docs.openstack.org/developer/keystone/extensions/openidc.html "Note that this module is not available on Fedora/CentOS/Red Hat."
