[Rdo-list] [PATCH] --plan argument to "overcloud deploy" doesn't work

I am using the latest RDO, which defines both a --plan and a --plan-uuid option for "overcloud deploy". Using the --plan option results in an exception "PlanManager does not have .find attribute".
