It sounds like it's waiting on a newer version of the packstack
package.
Just for reference, I'd strictly avoid setting
ALLOWED_HOSTS=['*'] on a production system. Allowed hosts is a security
setting.
It's basically the same advice as not to disable SELinux or not to chmod
777 any dirs to be writable for the web server.
