I found systemctl enable openstack-*
very useful.
The same works for start/stop/disable.
[root@lgdrm1499 ~]# systemctl enable openstack-*
Failed to issue method call: No such file or directory
[root@lgdrm1499 ~]# systemctl |grep openstack
[root@lgdrm1499 ~]#
Perhaps I should not have used 'openstack-service disable' in the first place, as
I suspect it might have erased them required files?

Note, as always, neutron is different, since it's not prefixed with
openstack-:
systemctl stop neutron-*
