could you please make sure RDO repos are updated with a package that
includes the fix. This should be >=2014.1-19 and include the following
fix:

- Remove kernel version check for OVS VXLAN, not revelant for RDO

The fix is already in testing, but blocked
due to issues in other packages.
It will bubble out shortly.
