So the idea was to have it on IRC in parallel for keeping notes with
meetbot but that didn't work well.

The detail that was in the voice call and is missing from the transcript
makes the meeting minutes confusing.
After quick post-mortem on #rdo I propose we keep weekly meetings IRC only.
BJ meeting will stay open for high-bandwidth meeting when needed to
discuss important/urgent issues.
