Hopefully the last update before we make zuul migration complete.
We've been able to validate tripleo OVB jobs are working correctly under
zuulv3.
Since it is now Friday, we won't migrate them from jenkins until early next
week.

Thanks Paul,
We have an odd message showing up in review.openstack from a third party
job atm [1].
Other than that I see things look good w/ third party jobs posting results
to reviews and the logs look good too.
Any idea what the following is caused by?
