The centos8-master was abandoned a long time ago and the content has been
unmaintained for years. The latest available centos8 based repo is actually
Yoga, https://trunk.rdoproject.org/centos8-yoga/ , which has newer content
that what was in centos8-master. i.e.:
- latest nova in centos8-master:
openstack-nova-25.1.0-0.20220701154849.512fbdf.el8
- latest nova in centos8-yoga:
openstack-nova-25.3.1-0.20240212135436.bf8b699.el8
So, if you are interested in moving to EL8, the recommendation is to use
centos8-repo or use the cloudsig repo for yoga in centos mirrors (dnf
install centos-release-openstack-yoga from a centos8 system).
Said so, CentOS Stream 8 EOL is on May 31st, so repos will be probably
moved to vault.

deployment onto EL8 and upgrading OpenStack to a newer version.
Since the ussuri packages no longer exist on the repo - we had been
using https://trunk.rdoproject.org/centos8-master/ for the EL8
hosts, but I see that is no longer on trunk.rdoproject.org. It looks
like wallaby is the oldest version I could find for CentOS 8.
Is is possible to restore the centos8-master directories so we can
continue with our rebuilds?
