We ran this second test day from less than a month than the previous one, and ran into few blocker issues that consumed time in re-installatios/ future dependency resolutions. NOTES - Alan Pevec (upstream OpenStack stable branch maintainer) suggested to skip Milestone-2 during future releases as there's too much flux upstream, instead he proposed to go from Milestone-1 to Milestone-3 (6MAR2014, from the current release schedule) is more palatable as it'll be FeatureFreeze and StringFreeze.
