For about 2 weeks (after upgrade) dashboard console and Havana Clusters work fine.
Well, I'd be astonished, if e.g changing your password via web ui would
work.
To verify your assumption, upgrading Firefox to version 29 breaks
horizon you could do:
yum downgrade firefox
If this is true, you couldn't connect to Cloud environments running
Havana at all.
