[Rdo-list] Git repo for docs, web content, etc

I'd like to have some of our non-code stuff in Git somewhere. In particular, stuff like the RDO/OpenStack cheatsheet bookmark, the contents of trunk.rdoproject.org, the various starter presentation slides about RDO and OpenStack, and so on.
