Based on RDO documentation, when talking with
https://review.rdoproject.org/ Gerrit we are supposed to use the API key from
https://review.rdoproject.org/sf/user_settings.html page.
Does "Generate new API key" help?
IIRC there was something after one of the upgrades that made old api
keys invalid.
