non-experts than http://tripleo.org/ While thorough, the process on
tripleo.org is really quite overwhelming.

The RDO quickstart is packstack, and the TripleO quickstart is TripleO.
Thanks for working on this, Rich. I'd be inclined to refer to RDO
Quickstart as the Packstack or All-in-one Quickstart (which is what the
front page currently says).
As for IRC channels, I'd also mention the tripleo channel. I'll create a PR.
