This is a known problem in CentOS 7.1. They fixed it in their docker
images which come out of CI/CD IIRC. I thought their cloud images were
coming out of CI/CD so this problem should be fixed and an image available
but I could be mistaken. Recommend asking the centos list.

Hi all,
On Centos7 'sudo yum install -y
https://rdoproject.org/repos/rdo-release.rpm' results in the following
rdo-release.repo file:
[openstack-juno]
name=OpenStack Juno Repository
baseurl=http://repos.fedorapeople.org/repos/openstack/openstack-juno/epel-
Derived
from Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.1 (Source)/
enabled=1
skip_if_unavailable=0
gpgcheck=1
gpgkey=file:///etc/pki/rpm-gpg/RPM-GPG-KEY-RDO-Juno
Looks like the baseurl is wrongly built. I'm running it on a CentOS7
generic cloud image.
Thanks,
Marius
