Finally it worked for me.
The problem was all compute nodes had same hostname. After changing the
hostname and again reinstalling using rdo solves the problem.:)

you need to refer to the installation log. everytime packstack is run it
generates a log in /var/tmp/*packstack*/ and it shoudl tell you what
errors are being encountered
