[infra][outage] Planned update on RDO Trunk builders, Tue Apr 24

Hi all,
We are planning to do some routine maintenance activities of the DLRN version in our RDO Trunk builders on April 24th.
These activities will not affect the RDO Trunk repos, they could only cause a short delay in a package being built after a commit is merged upstream.

Nomination of new RDO infrastructure cores

Hi !
The actual nomination actually brings us back to January [1] and I
dropped the ball about broadly communicating this.
The following names might not be familiar to everyone in the RDO
community but they have been instrumental in getting our production
chain and CI to where it is today:
- Tristan Cacqueray (tristanC)
- Nicolas Hicher (nhicher)
- Fabien Boucher (fbo)
- Matthieu Huin (mhu)
You might have heard about Software Factory [2], especially when
discussing review.rdoproject.org, the RDO CI or the RDO production
chain.
They deserve a lot of the credit for providing us with an awesome
platform for contributing to RDO.
They are already familiar with the different tools and servers used by
the RDO community.
Granting them access to our infrastructure will help us spread the
operational workload but will more importantly give them a
first-person impression of the scale we are working at.
I am confident that this experience would be a win/win for RDO and for
Software Factory.
If there are no objections, I'd like to formalize this and add their
keys to our servers [3].

Heat problem with containerised undercloud
