[rdo-list] CloudKitty failure to build in Liberty

You are right, not sure what happened with stable/liberty, there is
eol-kilo tag...
Anyway, first release we had in RDO was 0.5.0 in Mitaka, it was simply
added with defaults 1 year ago and liberty tag was added by mistake
when merging rdoinfo-Kilo fork. So removing it from Liberty is correct
fix, I've proposed in http://review.rdoproject.org/r/3862
