[rdo-list] CloudKitty failure to build in Liberty

Looking at the CloudKitty repo [3], it only has stable/mitaka and stable/newton branches, so the Liberty worker is probably trying to build from master.

I think we should remove CloudKitty from Liberty, but please correct me if I'm wrong.
