We talked, a year ago, about moving the site to middleman. At the time, 
the sentiment was that we wanted to keep it in a wiki, for ease of 
participation from the community. I don't know that that's a valid 
argument any more, since, from looking at the Mediawiki stats, it's 
generally the same dozen people making edits all the time, and there are 
a number of enhancements that we can make to the entire site experience 
if we move to middleman.

It's definitely worth looking at again, and would let us keep all of 
this stuff in revision control rather than having it in SPOF database.
