I have no idea why was python-sqlalchemy retired from epel7, I can't
find any releng ticket or bz about it.

pjp, I see you owned EPEL branches in pkgdb, any clues why it was
retired in EPEL7 ?
In EPEL6 it is clear since it was in RHEL6 base but python-sqlalchemy
is not in RHEL7 base or extras afaik.
