[Rdo-list] Request for testing: CentOS-7-x86_64 Generic Cloud image

You might see cloud-init doing it's network thing (or failing to)
and/or dhcp failing (or not failing) via the console logs.  You might
also take a peek at the dnsmasq logs on the neutron node.
