[rdo-users] [TripleO] Switching the default network backend to ML2/OVN

Thanks for all of that Daniel.

For those of us who are baremetal users in the overcloud, what does the
short term future look like? If we upgrade to a version where OVN is the
default, will we need to take specific action to keep our ironic overcloud
deployments working?
