[rdo-users] [TripleO] Switching the default network backend to ML2/OVN

Hi folks,

We want to make the RDO community aware of the work that we're doing
in TripleO for changing the default network backend from ML2/OVS to
ML2/OVN.
Please, take a look at the e-mail in openstack-dev ML [0] for
rationale and details about this change.
