RDO Updates
Promotions
* Latest promotions (TripleO CI) for Stein from 17th October, Train from
15th October and Master from 17th October.
* RDO Phase 1 have issues in TripleO jobs getting CICO nodes, centos infra
is working on it
* Master and Stein are facing intermittent issues due to performance and
deployment getting timed out, currently being worked upon to improve it.

Deps Update
* Work in progress to update OVN and OpenVswitch to 2.12 in master and Train
* pyroute2 updated to 0.5.6 in Train and Master to match u-c and fix

* Altarch builds are still missing, reported issue
