[rdo-dev] Missing updated Nova package for Pike

Hi,

Unfortunately, history for job send-stable-release is only from 17-Feb but
that commit was merged the day before so I'm not sure what happened with
the post job for that review. However, i see a job failure notification in
the mail list [1] at the time when the update was merged upstream.
Normally, I monitor job failures but those days there was several failures
because of networking issues in RDO Cloud so i probably missed that one.

I've created [2] tu update it in the repo and will take a look to find out
other missing updates.
