[rdo-dev] Missing updated Nova package for Pike

Hi,

Nova released 16.1 for Pike in February [1][2], there's no spec
updates in the distgit repo [3] and rdoinfo is still pointing to the
previous release [4].

Is there something wrong in the automation ?
