[rdo-dev] [Cloud SIG] meeting minutes, Feb 22, 2018

Thanks to those that attended today's Cloud SIG meeting. We were 
particularly pleased to welcome Rohit Yadav, from the Apache CloudStack 
community, and we look forward to the Cloud SIG no longer being a 
monoculture.
