An update: i fixed the ceph issue by using the right yaml file from
newton t-h-t and not the one i created with mitaka, because was
missing of some entries.

Additionally i had to add -e
/usr/share/openstack-tripleo-heat-templates/environments/services/sahara.yaml
to keep sahara working (expecially if you're going to replace
controller nodes like i did).
