[Rdo-list] Follow up on Ceph and TripleO discussion @ Austin

Does this seem like something that makes sense for a Copr setup? (I ask
this because because I'm a nub when it comes to Copr; I read about it today
and it sounds like perhaps the appropriate tool?)
