Hi,

I continued Liberty testing with RDO Manager today, and while it took a
lot of effort to work through some bugs with neutron and force
disk-image-builder to build liberty images (not kilo, which it sadly is
hard coded to do), I was able to deploy a Liberty cloud with 1
controller, and 1 compute deployed successfully.
