These should be provided by repositories in delorean-deps.repo (and
are enabled by default)
As shown here, they're both available.
https://repos.fedorapeople.org/repos/openstack/cbs/cloud7-openstack-common-testing/x86_64/os/Packages/

It could be a yum cache refreshment issue.
