...Meaning, that fedora remote should be smth like:
fedora ssh://ihrachyshka@pkgs.fedoraproject.org/openstack-designate.git (fetch)
fedora ssh://ihrachyshka@pkgs.fedoraproject.org/openstack-designate.git (push)
to have ssh push access.
