[Rdo-list] [rdo-manager] Moving some rdo-manager components to git.openstack.org

James,

I'm having trouble submitting my review to git.openstack.org. I copied my
changes to the new repo. When I run git-review, I end up with this error:

No '.gitreview' file found in this repository. We don't know where
your gerrit is. Please manually create a remote named "gerrit" and try

"""

I can set one up if you tell me what the content should be, but shouldn't
this file be included in the repo?
