[Rdo-list] Overcloud nodes host-name persistence

if you check Hypervisor info => nova hypervisor-show [ID] just before first
reboot ( and of course I mean after overcloud deploy ) of node and after
rebooting the only param which in change is: [ service_host ]

| service_host | overcloud-novacompute-0 |
