[Rdo-list] Overcloud nodes host-name persistence

I think this is related to stack - neutron - dhcp agent config inside the
undercloud configuration...
Cos management interface are in dhcp-client mode on baremetals and on each
boot i think the take hostname via dhcp... Or some think alike :-/
