Is there a workaround for the bug John logged yesterday?

I tried changing the neutron.conf on the instack undercloud, rebuilding the images (not sure if that was required), destroying the overcloud stack and redeploying but got the same error.

Note: I am using current-passed-ci repo and have this bug...
