Can you append the following line to your /etc/hosts? I think your
system cannot resolve 'localhost':

127.0.0.1   localhost localhost.localdomain localhost4 localhost4.localdomain4

Also try to see if you get any output for: curl -k --noproxy localhost
--retry 30 --retry-delay 6 -f -L
http://guest:guest@localhost:15672/cli/rabbitmqadmin before and after
