[Rdo-list] Package review request: python-pysaml2

Hi all,

python-pysaml2 is required for Keystone federation which is currently
patched out in RDO Kilo builds due to missing pysaml2 package.
Fedora package review is now ready after fixing few issues upstream[1]

NB I've packaged pre-release using github tarball, release 3.0.0 with
required fixes has unknown ETA
