[Rdo-list] Odd networking behavior with fedora mirrors

Does it happen in both RAX and HP clouds, maybe one of them doesn't
support IPv6 ?

repos.fedorapeople.org resolves to:
repos.fedorapeople.org has address 152.19.134.196
repos.fedorapeople.org has IPv6 address 2610:28:3090:3001:5054:ff:feb9:6ae0

I don't have IPv6 network available to test, but as a silly workaround
you could replace repos.fedorapeople.org with 152.19.134.196 in
rdo-release.repo after installing rdo-release.rpm ...
