[Rdo-list] problem with yum rdo-relese.rpm

help needed..

yum install -y https://rdo.fedorapeople.org/rdo-release.rpm

Error: Nothing to do

wget https://rdo.fedorapeople.org/rdo-release.rpm
is downloading

but then after installation,
yum list shows error
http://repos.fedorapeople.org/repos/openstack/openstack-juno/epel-7/repodata/repomd.xml:
[Errno 14] HTTPS Error 302 - Found
